Our Foundation Course is run by the British Wheel of Yoga, taught by myself and Dipika.

This is a 60 hour course, that entails one Saturday a month over 10 months.

It's a course that will deepen your understanding of yoga, its history and philosophies. It will also cover the mechanics of breathing and the importance of relaxation practices, meditation, mudra and simple chants.
