What happens in a class?
A teacher leads you through a meditation, often starting with a simple guided breathing exercise to help you relax and focus.Instruction and theory: You may receive instruction on what meditation is, how it works, and how to apply it to daily life.Different techniques: Classes can cover a variety of techniques, such as mindfulness, visualisation, body scans, or loving-kindness (Metta) meditation.
