A yoga retreat is a great healing holiday as it appeals to people of a wide age range and physical conditions. De-stress, relax and get your body in tune with your mind at one our yoga retreats. I run weekend yoga retreats with Dipika, a fellow British Wheel of Yoga teacher. If a whole weekend doesn’t fit into your life right now, maybe try one of my day retreats as an alternative.

Our next weekend yoga retreat is again at the beautiful Wychcroft Retreat Centre in Bletchingly.
Our retreats are Friday afternoon to Sunday afternoon. For us, being on retreat is all about leaving the world behind and immersing yourself in your yoga practice.

Spring Retreat 2019


Hidden away in the bluebell woods, this was a beautiful retreat. Full of yoga, meditation, gong bath, yoga nidra and plenty of pudding.

Our first retreat, in West Lexham, was a wonderful experience. Meditation, yoga, yoga nidra, and a gong bath, with some amazing vegetarian food.
